There are several size files to choose from

The larger the file size, the better the pitcher,

but the longer the download time.


I would right click on the dance of my choice and in the popup window choose, save target as...

In that next dialog box I would probably choose to save the file in the folder called my videos.

Then I would go there and double click on the file and it should open in your windows player because it is a windows media video file.

If you left click on the file of your choice,- your player should play the file,
(it will probably be your windows player).

But playback can be quite jerky unless you have a high speed connection.
I generally go with the download method.
Things just work smoother.
